Residual-current device for PureSpa hot tub

The residual-current device is an important part of the hot tub's electrical safety. This original part is for PureSpa hot tubs. It comes in a black housing with two buttons – Test and Reset. It is fitted in the power cable, between the socket and the appliance.

The original device is intended for the power supply of PureSpa hot tubs. It is part of the safety system, so no compromise is made. Order it from Baseini.NET and get your hot tub safely working again.

Residual-current device – what it is for

The device monitors the current and reacts to a fault. When needed, it cuts the power supply. This reduces the risk on contact with water. The Test button checks whether the device works, and Reset switches it back on.

When to replace the device

Replace the device if it does not switch on, does not respond to the test or the housing is damaged. Check it regularly with the Test button. Do not use the hot tub until the device is working properly.

How it is installed

Connection is a job for a qualified electrician. First switch off the power and pull out the plug. Then replace the old device with the new one and close the connections. Finally, switch the power on and check the device with the Test button.

Maintenance tips

Test the device with the Test button at least once a month. Protect the housing from direct water splashes. If it does not respond to the test, replace it immediately.
