If you have questions about the use of a product, check for documents in its description. In case it concerns water maintenance or another specialized question, you can use the mutual aid group on Facebook - My Pool, where our specialists and other clients are responsible.
The claim request is submitted in writing to our email address sales@baseini.net or in person at our store and must include, in order to be processed as expeditiously as possible:
- Contact name and telephone number;
- Description of the problem;
- Photo of the problem;
- Copy of warranty card or other document proving the date of purchase;
