What the electric heater is for
The electric heater warms the air and the stones in the sauna. When you pour water over the stones, steam is produced. This lets you choose between a drier and a more humid climate. Electric heaters are easy to switch on and need no firewood or chimney.
Power is important when choosing. It must match the volume of the cabin. If you are not sure which heater suits your sauna, write to us. We will help you choose.
Connection and safety
- The heater is connected by a qualified electrician.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation and safe clearances.
- Use only stones intended for sauna heaters.
Correct installation is important for safety and for a long service life of the heater. That is why you should not leave it to just anyone. Trust a specialist with the necessary qualification.
Choosing a heater is an important step in furnishing your sauna. Compare the dimensions of the heater with the space in the cabin. Leave enough free space around it according to the instructions. This way the sauna will be both cosy and safe for the whole family to use.
Complete your sauna
With the heater you need suitable stones, a hygrometer and accessories. You can also add aroma oils for a more pleasant experience. Browse the Mountfield sauna range at baseini.net and put together a complete set.
