The robot filter insert is an original Mountfield spare part for pools. It is a sponge in a mesh cover. It traps fine particles before the water reaches the Azuro Warrior's motor. That is why the insert must be intact and clean.

Robot filter insert – when to replace
- when the sponge is torn or crumbling;
- when the mesh is torn;
- when the insert cannot be cleaned after washing;
- when the robot picks up dirt worse than usual.
How to choose the right part
Before ordering, check which unit you have. The manufacturer's number is given above and is the surest way not to make a mistake. Replace the worn part as soon as you notice weaker cleaning. How it is installed
First take the robot out of the pool and switch it off. Then open the filter compartment and remove the old insert. Rinse the compartment with clean water. Put the new insert in its place. Close the cover and check that it locks. Finally, put the robot back in the water.
Why choose an original part
The insert is made to measure for the robot's compartment, so there are no gaps. The sponge retains fine particles that another filter lets through. Also, the mesh protects it from falling apart. The original insert is for the stated models and works without any additional settings.
Care and storage
After each cleaning, rinse the parts with clean water and leave them to dry in the shade. Store them away from chemicals and direct heat. This way they last longer.
