Connection and compatibility
The controller connects to a low-voltage safety transformer 230 V / 12 V of the kind used for pool lighting. It is installed in a separate junction box or in the pool control panel. The wiring diagram is shown in one of the photos.
The controller is designed for Poolsana Compact RGB LED lights. For other models, please check compatibility beforehand.
Important: The controller runs on 12 V and is connected only to a suitable 230 V / 12 V safety transformer. The transformer is not included and is sold separately.
Advantages of radio control
Radio control makes evening lighting easier. In addition, one controller operates several lights at the same time. That is why the set is suitable for pools with two, three or four RGB lights. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
For example, three 40 W lights or four 30 W lights can be controlled with a single remote. The colours and programmes of the lights stay the same, but control becomes much more convenient. You also no longer have to walk up to the control panel every time you change the colour. Power comes from the same safety transformer that supplies the lights.
