Swim spa – a pool and a hot tub in one

Aquas Swim Spa unites two worlds – the pool and the hot tub. With a length of 390 cm, a width of 225 cm and a reduced height of 118 cm, the Aquas offers a swimming zone for active exercise. At the sides there are comfortable relaxation zones for the family and friends.

The idea is simple: why have a pool and a hot tub separately when you can have both in one? At one moment the Aquas is a large, sociable hot tub with comfortable seats and benches. They are arranged so that people can talk naturally. The next moment it turns into a swim trainer with free space in the middle.

Aquas is suitable for:

families who want exercise, play and relaxation in one place
couples where one loves swimming and the other loves massage and tranquillity
people who invite friends and want a spacious place for wellness
anyone who wants maximum use without building a large pool

What this swim spa gives you

The two-in-one idea is backed up by concrete features. Here are the most important ones.

Swimming zone with a counter-current

There is free space for swimming in the middle. Three jets create a counter-current with an output of up to 100 m³. This lets you swim against the current while the size stays compact.

35 jets for massage

The jets relax the body after swimming, exercise or a hard day. This makes recovery part of every soak.

Social seating and lounge positions

The seats, benches and lounge positions are arranged so that conversation comes naturally. They are also comfortable for several people, even for a longer stay.

Three pumps of 3 HP each

The system has three pumps of 3 HP each and a separate circulation pump. They provide the power for the counter-current and the massage.

Low height – only 118 cm

It does not need to be sunk into the ground. Aquas stands freely on a prepared, solid base. This makes installation simpler and faster.

All year round and cooling off after a sauna

Aquas can run all year round or only seasonally. In winter it also serves as a cooling pool for sauna lovers. A classic pool often cannot offer this without major construction work.

Self-winterisation programme

If you decide to winterise Aquas, the self-winterisation programme simplifies the whole process. This gives you peace of mind through the cold months.

Heat pump and sand filtration

Aquas can be connected to a heat pump or an alternative heating source. Sand filtration is also possible for easier maintenance. This lets you set up the system to suit the way your family uses it.

Touch panel, Wi-Fi and audio

The panel is touch-controlled and can be operated over Wi-Fi. There is also an audio system and water disinfection.

Swimming zone for aqua fitness and recovery

The centre of Aquas is a swimming zone for regular exercise. Besides swimming to keep fit, it is also suitable for other workouts in the water.

The water provides natural resistance, while the movements stay gentle. So Aquas is not just wellness but also a year-round water gym – handy for people who exercise, too.

Aqua fitness and exercises using the resistance of the water
Gentle exercise for the whole body – back, abdomen and joints
Active recovery after exercise or a hard day
Suitable for an aqua (spinning) bike and other training accessories

A large, sociable hot tub with relaxation zones

Beside the swimming zone are the relaxation zones – a combination of seats, benches and lounge positions. They are comfortable for several people, even for a longer stay.

They are practical for the family, too – for children, parents and guests. The seats and benches are made for socialising, not for sitting alone.

Installation without excavation and a thermal cover included

The height of 118 cm makes installation easy. It does not need to be sunk into the ground and no excavation work is needed – Aquas stands freely on a prepared, solid base. The size is 390 × 225 cm, so measure the space beforehand.

According to the manufacturer's data, the thermal cover is included in the package. So you do not need to buy it separately. The cover keeps the heat in the water and protects it from contamination.

A Canadian idea, assembled near Prague

The Canadian Spa International brand was founded by entrepreneurs Jan Mikishek and Pavol Guzhik. The inspiration comes from the original Canadian and American hot tubs that they import into the Czech Republic. Their goal is a hot tub of high quality and comfort, but at a reasonable price.

The hot tubs are assembled in the Czech village of Lodenice near Prague. Each one goes through strict quality control, and the manufacturer states around 2000 hot tubs per year.

The shells are made of American Lucite® or Aristech® acrylic with a Microban® surface that prevents bacteria from sticking. To control the air, the massage and the waterfalls, the brand uses its own VISION controllers with steel LED buttons.

Canadian Spa works with control systems from leading global manufacturers such as Balboa (BWG®) and Gecko®.

Exclusively for Mountfield

The Emerald, Emerald Basic and Montreal models were created especially for Mountfield in cooperation with Canadian SPA International. We offer them at Baseini.NET.

Our catalogue also includes the Aquas swim spa, which carries the Canadian Spa International logo on its headrests. It combines a swimming zone with a counter-current and a relaxation zone with hydromassage.
