The Tallas D-CW 200 drainage pump is a submersible pump for clean water with particles up to 5 mm. It is compact, light and easy to carry by the handle. That is why it is useful for a flooded basement, garage or pit.

The pump is not for dirty water with solid particles and long fibres. It does not pump petrol, diesel, oils and solvents.
The manufacturer recommends it for draining basements and garages. It also pumps out drainage pits, rainwater collection pits and water from downpipes. It is also used as a portable pump in emergencies.
With it you can drain a pool, fountain or tank. It is also suitable for the garden. The pump is for short, temporary work, not for continuous use.
In automatic mode, the float switches the pump on at a water level of about 220 mm. It then switches it off at a level of 60–110 mm. In manual mode, the float is fixed vertically above the pump. Then it runs until you unplug it.
In manual mode the pump pumps the water down to 2–3 mm from the floor. This leaves very little water after the work.
The package contains an elbow with a hose nozzle and two nozzles – 25 mm and 30 mm. The hose is tightened with a clamp. The pump is placed vertically and fully submerged in the water. The pit must be at least 460 × 460 mm and 400 mm high.
The motor has a built-in thermal protector. In case of overload it stops, and after cooling it restarts by itself. Do not run the pump dry. Do not use it in a pool, pond or body of water where people are present.
