PROFI I pool piping kit – which pools it is for

The kit is designed for steel-wall pools that are buried in the ground. Their pipes stay in the soil, so they must be resistant to it. The flexible SpaFlex hose is made exactly for such a connection. In addition, the kit is matched to a pool with one inlet nozzle.

The 12 m roll is enough when the filter is 3–5 m from the pool and the lines have a single length. If the filter system is further away, simply add more hose.

• 2 × transition nipple with socket, 1 1/2″ male thread × 50 mm
• 1 × threaded 90° elbow, 1 1/2″ male thread × 50 mm
• 1 × reduced 90° elbow, 50 mm – socket and spigot for gluing
• 4 × 90° elbow, 50 mm
• 2 × 2-way ball valve, 50 mm

How the installation works

First decide where the filter system will go. Then unroll the hose and cut it to the lengths you need. The threaded nipples connect the lines to the pool openings and to the filter. Clean the surfaces with the cleaner and glue them with the PVC adhesive. Finally, secure the pipes with the clamps and wait for the adhesive to set before you fill the pool with water.

A useful addition for winter

Also add the Poolsana drain package for the PROFI piping kits. It is fitted at the lowest point of the lines. This way, in autumn you empty the pipes completely after you lower the water level.
