Pool ladder step – when to replace it
The steps carry the weight of everyone who enters the pool. Over the years, sun and water make the plastic more brittle. Cracks appear, especially around the sockets. The step is then no longer safe.
Do not use a ladder with a cracked step. Replace it immediately. This way you avoid slipping and falling when getting in and out.
The original step has the exact dimensions and fixing sockets. It is also in the same blue colour. That is why the ladder looks like new. It is also designed for the load the ladder has to withstand.
How it is installed
- Take the ladder out of the pool, if possible.
- Detach the step from the ladder frame.
- Clean the sockets of sand and debris.
- Fit the new step until it is fully secured.
- Check its stability before using the ladder.
Advantages of the original part
- Exact match with the dimensions and fixings.
- Quality selected by the manufacturer.
- Easy and quick replacement without modifications.
- Peace of mind that the part fits your model.
- Lower risk of repeat repairs.
How to choose the right part
Check the model of your equipment. Compare it with the list above. If you have a code or a photo of the old part, compare them with ours. If in doubt, write to us and we will help you choose.
Check the ladder model before ordering. The ladder codes are given in the specifications. If you are unsure between several variants, write to us. We will check compatibility using the code of your model before the order.
Check the small details at the start of the season. One worn part often leads to a bigger problem. That is why it is good to keep a spare part at hand. This way the repair takes minutes, not days. Baseini.NET offers a wide choice of spare parts for pools.
The step can be combined with other ladder parts, for example the white top platform and the white step sleeve. Complete ladders for inflatable pools are the Swing Deluxe 91 cm and the others in the pool ladders category. More parts are in the spare parts for pool accessories.
Not sure this is your part?
Send us the model of the unit and a photo of the old part. We will check compatibility before you order.
