The MAX3 rubber tile with grass has green artificial grass on top and a rubber base underneath. The size is 500 × 500 × 25 mm. You get the look of a lawn where real grass does not grow – on a terrace, balcony or around a pool.

Rubber tile with grass – soft and clean
The grass surface is pleasant for bare feet. The rubber base further cushions the step and protects against slipping. No mud, no mowing and no need for watering.
The tile is lighter than the plain ones, as it weighs about 5 kg. That is why it is easier to carry and lay, even on an upper floor.
Where it looks best
- A terrace and balcony.
- A relaxation area around a pool.
- A small yard without grass.
- A children's play corner.
- A roof or veranda.
The tiles are plain and are laid tightly next to each other. This way the grass surface looks continuous. If needed, you cut them with a knife or saw and fill in the corners.
Installation
The base must be level and stable, for example concrete, asphalt or compacted gravel. A slope of about 0.5–1% is needed so that water does not stay. Lay at a temperature between 5 and 25 °C. Spread the tiles out about 24 hours in advance.
A polyurethane-based adhesive is recommended. It is not included in the price of the tile.
Caring for the grass surface
The grass on the tile is cleaned with a broom or a yard vacuum. Dust and leaves are removed easily, and if needed the tile is washed with water. The rubber base does not let moisture through to the floor and does not rot. That is why the surface is practical both outdoors and on a covered terrace.
