MAX3 Rubber Tile Red PUZZLE 50 × 50 cm
The red MAX3 puzzle tile is a rubber surface with puzzle connectors along the edges, measuring 500 × 500 × 25 mm. The connectors fit into each other like pieces of a mosaic. This way the tiles do not shift when children run on them or a stroller moves across.

Red puzzle tile – main advantages
On large areas it is most important that the tiles stay in place. The puzzle connectors ensure this without having to measure every joint. The surface is also laid quickly and looks neat.
The red colour makes play more cheerful and highlights the boundary of the playground. The material is recycled rubber. It is non-slip and cushions a fall.

Since the connectors are on all edges, you can easily extend the area later. It is enough to add more tiles of the same type. Just keep in mind that the colour shade of recycled rubber may differ slightly between batches.
Step-by-step assembly
First prepare an even, clean base of concrete, asphalt or compacted gravel. Provide a slope of about 0.5–1% so that the water drains away. Then fit the connectors into each other, starting from a corner.
The edges are cut with a sharp knife or saw. Lay at a temperature between 5 and 25 °C and let the tiles acclimatise for about 24 hours. For more stable fixing, a polyurethane adhesive is recommended, which is not included.
Suitable for large areas
The larger the area, the more useful the connectors are. They hold dozens of tiles together like one common carpet. That is why the red PUZZLE tile is preferred for playgrounds, halls and workshops. Cleaning is easy – sweep and wash with water. The material does not rot and does not delaminate, and the colour stays vivid even on sunny days.
