A hose with nuts is needed to connect the filtration to the pool. This white corrugated pool hose is for Krystal 4 m³/h and Krystal Cl 4 m³/h sand filters. Its flexibility makes installation easier.
For the connection you will also need the filtration adapter and the connection gasket.
The hose is constantly in water and in the sun. That is why over time it becomes brittle and starts to leak. It also often breaks at the point where it bends. Replacement is easy and quick.

When a hose with nuts is needed
Replace the hose if it has cracks, deformations or leaks at the connections. Replacement is also needed after winter if the water has frozen inside. The original is suitable for Krystal filters. This way you do not risk an incompatible thread.

How it is installed
First switch off the pump and close the valves. Then unscrew the old nuts and remove the hose. Check the gaskets and clean them. Fit the new hose without twisting it. Screw the nuts on by hand. Finally, start the pump and check the connections for leaks.
Protect the hose from sharp edges and kinks. Do not leave it stretched taut between two points. Before winter, empty it and store it in a dry place. This way the corrugations will not crack. Inspect it again in spring, before you switch on the filtration. When ordering, state the filter model. If you have an old hose, measure its length between the ends.
