The Poolsana PREMIUM 400 Pump 75 sand system is a ready-made kit for pools up to about 35 m³. It combines a split ASTRALPOOL ∅ 400 mm filter tank with a Poolsana Pump 75 self-priming pump. The flow is about 7 m³/h at 450 W.

Split tank for easy filling
The tank is split in the middle. This makes filling and changing the sand easier. The system is also convenient in tight spaces, for example in a basement or a filter pit. The two halves are joined with a stainless steel ring.
The tank is made of fibreglass and withstands pressure up to 1.5 bar.
What PREMIUM 400 Pump 75 includes
- split ASTRALPOOL ∅ 400 mm tank made of fibreglass (GFK);
- sturdy base plate (62 × 41.5 cm);
- pressure gauge with built-in air vent;
- side-mounted 6-way valve with sight glass;
- pipe connection between the valve and the pump;
- Pump 75 with pre-filter and cable with plug.
The two valve outlets (delivery and backwash line) have a 1 1/2″ internal thread. Choose adapters to suit your type of pipes.
The filter medium is not included. You need about 50 kg of sand (grain size 0.4–0.8 mm), about 40 kg of filter glass or about 700 g of Fibalon (3D or rope).
Six-way valve
The six-way valve has the following positions: filtration (normal operation and floor cleaning), backwash, rinse after backwashing, drain, recirculation without filtration and closed. The positions are selected with the valve handle.
Poolsana Pump 75 pump
Poolsana Pump 75 is a compact and reliable self-priming pump. It is TÜV tested and carries the GS mark. It has a pre-filter, a drain port and a factory-fitted cable with plug.
The pump may stand above the water level, but no higher than 50 cm. Before the first start, fill the pre-filter with water. It is not suitable for pools with salt electrolysis.
