The pressure switch serves as a dry-running protection and monitors the presence of water flow in the system. Depending on whether there is or is not water circulation, it automatically switches the connected electrical consumer on or off. The device is specifically designed for UV-C systems, but can also be used with other electrical appliances with a load of up to 10 A / 2300 W.

This water flow sensor serves as dry-run protection: when there is no water circulation, the connected consumer is switched off, and when there is flow, it is switched on again. This way the UV-C unit does not run when there is no water in the system.

The unit is supplied from the factory with a power cable, a Schuko plug and a built-in socket, ready for direct use. It is connected to the water system via a T-piece with a paddle sensor and transparent solvent-weld sockets Ø 63 mm.

Water connection: A special T-shaped element with a hole for mounting the vane sensor is used. The kit includes transparent adhesive couplings Ø 63 mm, on one side the system switches to a Ø 50 mm connection.
