Sauna hourglass – time without a phone

In the sauna, the watch and the phone have no place. The hourglass measures the round precisely and beautifully. The black version is for a modern sauna, and the pine is for a classic wooden one.

Wall mounting

The size is 65 × 340 mm (package 6 × 4.5 × 29.5 cm) and the hourglass is easy to hang on the sauna wall. Turn it over at the start of the round and you know when it is time to cool off.

The sauna as a ritual

The classic Finnish rhythm is simple: 10–15 minutes in the hot sauna, cooling off with a lukewarm shower or outdoors, a rest, and then again from the start. Pour only a little water on the stones at a time – the steam ("löyly") is felt immediately and is more pleasant when added gradually. Drink water between rounds and listen to your body. Good accessories make this ritual more comfortable and more beautiful – and turn it into a habit you look forward to.

Care and maintenance

Clean with a dry cloth. Do not pour water on the hourglass and do not place it next to the heater.
