Sauna body brush – massage and care
The natural fibres are gentle on the skin and stimulate blood circulation, which helps for healthier skin. The ergonomic shape with a cord is comfortable to hold and does not slip from a wet hand.
How to use
Massage the skin with circular movements after the first round in the sauna, when the pores are open. Start from the feet and move towards the heart. Rinse the brush after use.
The sauna as a ritual
The classic Finnish rhythm is simple: 10–15 minutes in the hot sauna, cooling off with a lukewarm shower or outdoors, a rest, and then again from the start. Pour only a little water on the stones at a time – the steam ("löyly") is felt immediately and is more pleasant when added gradually. Drink water between rounds and listen to your body. Good accessories make this ritual more comfortable and more beautiful – and turn it into a habit you look forward to.
Care and maintenance
After use, rinse the brush and let it air-dry with the fibres facing down. Do not leave it in the sauna.
