56.52 × 5.33 filter O-ring: when to replace it
The ring is in constant contact with water and chemicals. Over the years it flattens, hardens or splits. Then dripping appears at the connection. A new ring of the exact size fills the joint again. Do not replace it with a ring of a similar size, because it will not seal properly.
- inner diameter 56.52 mm
- cross-section 5.33 mm
- hardness 70 Sh
Advantages of the original part
The exact size is the most important thing with gaskets. The original part has parameters set by the manufacturer. This way there is no play and no excessive pressing on the plastic. The result is a dry connection and stable operation. The original part is also easy to order by code.
Maintenance tips
Do not tighten the connections by force, because you will deform the gasket. Hand-tightening and a check at start-up are enough. If you see moisture, switch off the pump and fix the cause. Keep a spare gasket at hand, especially at the start of the season.
How to choose the right part
First find the code of your product – for example, one starting with 3BTE. Then compare it with the "Suitable for" list above. If the code matches, the part with code FA8051057 is suitable for you. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the worn part and the model of the unit. We will help you choose correctly before you order. We deliver across the country, and the shop team is available for questions. This way you get exactly what you need. Do not forget to inspect the neighbouring parts during the same disassembly. If they are also worn, it is better to replace them all at once and save yourself another repair.
How to install the 56.52 × 5.33 O-ring
Switch off the pump and release the pressure. Unscrew the connection and carefully remove the old ring without sharp objects. Clean the groove and fit the new ring without twisting it. Finally, reassemble the connection and check for leaks.
Choose an original part from Baseini.NET. This way you can be sure the replacement will fit and last.
