Zander vacuum clip – when to replace it
The clip is under load every time the unit is used. Over time the hooks can crack or break. The connection then does not hold. That is why you should replace the clip as soon as you notice a crack or play.
The original clip fits exactly in place. The hooks go in tightly and do not work loose. The part is also made to the dimensions of the specific unit. This way no extra work is needed.
How it is installed
- Take the vacuum out of the pool and let it dry.
- Release the hooks of the old clip.
- Clean the area of sand and residue.
- Fit the new clip until the hooks click.
- Check that the connection is stable.
